By accessing or using ImmiTrail (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
ImmiTrail is an immigration deadline tracking and information tool. It generates personalised timelines, sends reminders, and provides general immigration information based on data you provide. ImmiTrail is a software tool, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice.
ImmiTrail provides general immigration information only. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal advice. Immigration law is complex and fact-specific. You should always consult a licensed US immigration attorney before making any immigration-related decisions. ImmiTrail is not responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ImmiTrail. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@immitrail.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
ImmiTrail generates timelines and reminders based on dates and information you provide. You are responsible for entering accurate data. ImmiTrail does not guarantee that deadline calculations are correct for your specific situation. Immigration rules change — always verify critical dates with USCIS or your attorney.
ImmiTrail Pro is available on a monthly ($13.99/month) or annual ($119/year) subscription basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
A free tier with limited features is available. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (c) scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service; (d) use the Service to harass, harm, or defraud others; (e) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
All content, code, and design in ImmiTrail is owned by ImmiTrail and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Document Vault allows you to upload and store immigration-related documents. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of documents you upload. Documents are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). We do not access, review, or share your uploaded documents except as required by law. You may delete your documents at any time. We are not responsible for documents you fail to upload, maintain, or renew.
The Case Tracker periodically checks USCIS.gov and CEAC for your case status updates. These checks rely on publicly available government systems that may experience downtime or changes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of status updates. Always verify your case status directly with USCIS.
The AI Assistant feature (Pro only) is powered by OpenAI's GPT-4o mini model. Responses are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. AI responses do not constitute legal advice. Do not make immigration decisions based solely on AI Assistant responses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImmiTrail and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any immigration consequences resulting from reliance on information provided by the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImmiTrail and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@immitrail.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
