Go to Settings โ Subscription โ Manage Subscription. This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel anytime. Your Pro access continues until the end of your billing period.
Go to Settings โ Visa Profile and verify the dates you entered match your official documents (I-797, I-20, EAD card, etc.). The timeline is only as accurate as the dates you provide.
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, try requesting a new one. If you still don't receive it, email us and we'll help you access your account.
Currently, each account tracks one primary visa profile. Multi-profile support is on our roadmap. For now, family members would need their own accounts.
Yes. Your data is stored in an encrypted database, transmitted over HTTPS, and never shared with third parties except the services needed to run ImmiTrail (see our Privacy Policy). We never sell your data.
