How do I cancel my Pro subscription?โ†“

Go to Settings โ†’ Subscription โ†’ Manage Subscription. This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel anytime. Your Pro access continues until the end of your billing period.

My timeline dates look wrong โ€” what should I check?โ†“

Go to Settings โ†’ Visa Profile and verify the dates you entered match your official documents (I-797, I-20, EAD card, etc.). The timeline is only as accurate as the dates you provide.

I didn't receive my magic link emailโ†“

Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, try requesting a new one. If you still don't receive it, email us and we'll help you access your account.

Can I track multiple visas or family members?โ†“

Currently, each account tracks one primary visa profile. Multi-profile support is on our roadmap. For now, family members would need their own accounts.

Is my immigration data secure?โ†“

Yes. Your data is stored in an encrypted database, transmitted over HTTPS, and never shared with third parties except the services needed to run ImmiTrail (see our Privacy Policy). We never sell your data.

Does ImmiTrail replace an immigration lawyer?โ†“

No โ€” and we want to be clear about this. ImmiTrail helps you stay organised and informed, but it cannot give legal advice. Immigration law is complex and fact-specific. Please work with a licensed immigration attorney for your case.
